No delivery

I ordered gates from Angouleme due to be delivered on 10th January 2019 but they did not arrive I have had terrible trouble contacting Leroy Merlin and geodis the delivery company no one seems to know where they are, my French is not good so speaking on the phone is a trial and the only email address I have is the one on the invoice which is never answered, I won't be back in France until April so it's very frustrating, any ideas
